Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Kofi-Kofi. 

Returns

If the product you purchase is damaged or wrong item, you can return back to us within 7 days from the date you received it.

Kindly email us at kofikofi.my@gmail.com with the subject 'Return Item', your order number, and attached photos of the damaged/wrong item before proceeding with the return process.

We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging.

If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via online banking. You will receive the credit immediately.

Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
