Brewing Notes:
1. We recommend starting to brew within 14-21 days of roasting and consuming the coffee within 4 weeks of opening.
2. Grind size matters. Too fine = bitter, too coarse = weak.
3. Keep coffee in a cool, dry place. Avoid the fridge — condensation affects flavour.
