20g | 300ml | 88°C-93°C

1. Level your coffee grounds.
2. Gently pour twice the measure of coffee in water over the grounds and let it bloom for 30s.
3. Pour the remaining water in 3 parts. Slowly and steadily.
4. A complete brew time is around 3 to 3:30 minutes.
